You have lots of directories owned by the wrong user:

# ls -l /var/spool
total 148
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Apr 14 02:14 anacron
drwx------ 3 daemon daemon 4096 Apr 3 10:36 at
drwxr-xr-x 3 bacula disk 4096 May 29 05:42 bacula
drwxrwx--- 2 smmsp smmsp 12288 May 30 17:11 clientmqueue
drwx------ 2 root root 4096 May 8 17:10 cron
drwx--x--- 3 root nobody 4096 May 23 10:26 cups
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Feb 11 17:16 lpd
drwxrwxr-x 2 root mail 4096 Apr 4 14:25 mail
drwxr-xr-x 2 mregex mregex 4096 May 26 20:04 milter-regex
drwx------ 2 root mail 16384 May 30 17:40 mqueue
drwxr-xr-x 2 rpm rpm 4096 Feb 12 09:16 repackage
drwx------ 2 root mail 12288 May 30 16:30 retrymqueue
drwxr-x--- 18 squid squid 4096 Apr 4 19:12 squid
drwxr-xr-x 3 root root 4096 Apr 11 21:56 squirrelmail
drwxrwxrwt 2 root root 4096 May 4 16:48 vbox

In particular, directory clientmqueue should be owned by user smmsp. But
you'll probably have serious issues with other things like squid as
well. Looks like a recursive chown gone badly wrong.

Paul.

Hi Paul

Looks to me everything is fine with the permissions now,
