Is this device (which seems to be detected as eth0) *another* ethernet
device apart from your PC(MCIA) card? Any reason not to use it?

----------
I only have the "one" card.

It looks like Linux has already installed the driver for you. All
you need to do is configure the card. At least the device number
matched the one for the Linksys card. It is listed as an Abocom
System but it not unusual for the PCI ID to be from a different
manufacturer. And ifconfig know you have an Ether net interface that
is not up and/or not configured.

I went into network device control, (if that is where I need to go) and set
it to active and dhcp, etc and activate device when computer starts. When I
reboot computer I get a red failed and it shows "interface eth0 not found",
And it is too fast to read but something about tulip does not seem to be
present??
