the card should work ok, looks like it's being detected, is it plugged in? it doesn't show any carrier, does the card have an LED? does the switch/hub/whatever it is plugged into have an LED? Are they lit?

Have you configured Fedora for DHCP or a static IP address? Is there anything on your LAn which would give out a DHCP address ... enough questions!
