Tracker bugs of that size aren't generally needed, with the way that
Bugzilla works. At least, on bugzilla.mozilla.org, we've found that
tracking bugs cause chaos.
They seem to be used all over Fedora Bugzilla. Everything has trackers.
We probably need to discuss this more. Should be an agenda item for the
next bug day. Who else is actively triaging bugs now?
