Scitech SIG is keeping the dist-git group and koschei group as a same name.

I wondered it as the case that I know was only for Ruby SIG.

The dist-git group: ruby-sig (non packager group) and
ruby-packagers-sig (packager group)

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/group/view/ruby-packagers-sig

The koschei group for Ruby SIG is only ruby-rails.
