Summary: Please document gnome-window-properties missing in F-12

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=532427

Summary: Please document gnome-window-properties missing in
                    F-12
           Product: Fedora Documentation
           Version: devel
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: medium
          Priority: low
         Component: release-notes
        AssignedTo: relnotes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: mschmidt@xxxxxxxxxx
         QAContact: kwade@xxxxxxxxxx
                CC: mclasen@xxxxxxxxxx, eric@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
                    wb8rcr@xxxxxxxx
    Classification: Fedora
    Target Release: ---

Description of problem:
The gnome-window-properties utility got split from the control-center package
into its own package control-center-extra. Users will have a hard time finding
how to configure focus-follows-mouse behaviour in F-12. At least this change
should be documented in the release notes.

I suggest adding a new subsection under the section "4.1.4. GNOME 2.28":

Window preferences
The GNOME window preferences is not installed by default. Users wishing to
switch to focus-follows-mouse mode should install the control-center-extra
package. The GNOME window preferences will then appear in System -> Preferences
-> Windows.
