Hi Mike,
Thanks for taking the time to reply.
2 points from your note :
- agenda for kickoff : what have we have planned for session? Here is my suggested agenda.
* what is outreach? Define higher level goals for program.
* brainstorming : what are the top 10 prios we should focus on achieving?
* action + timeline : what 3 things we will focus on and by when.I could prepare some slides to help set the stage.
- google hangouts, why?
I like hangouts because we can save sessions in youtube and easy for people to follow monthly discussions.
Are you affected by issue of flash? Maybe you can join in an android mobile device?
Alternatively I could always setup my red hat bluejeans bridge? We can also record there and that sure works on RHEL CSB.
Do we count you in as a founding member of outreach 2.0? :)
Cheers

+1 to all of the above :)

A solid outreach program is for sure a key strategic initiative for
Fedora. It helps us showcase the wonderful community that is the Fedora
Project and brings in new contributors and users.

While I don't know what you have planned, exactly, for this kickoff -
using google hangout might bar some people from participating due to the
need for flash. I don't know if it's a huge deal, but it's something to
consider. Alternate methods of communications depends on how and what
information you want to showcase - so sorry for not providing an
alternative :(
