Are the "*-sysv" subpackages actually needed as SUB-packages? Why to not
just include init scripts into correspond "clamav-server",
"clamav-milter" etc. ? Are there any other precedents where init scripts
go to separate sub-package?
This is likely because the maintainer is using some other init system
for his own use and prefers to keep the sysv init scripts separate so
that he can uninstall them.
I don't think that the scripts should be separate as long as the default
init system is sysv in Fedora.
