Hmm, good idea. You're also raising awareness; I hadn't even noticed
that my two newest packages *had* pkg.acl files, which I'm now remedying.
Suggestion for FESCO: new packages must explicitly request an ACL.
I would go further. Even for existing packages, package maintainers must
specify good reasons for retaining ACL's and that must be documented
explicitly in some prominent place.
