But if it were in my powers I'd have every test release be a full rebuild. Give the masses something to really test, don't spread the OS's age over several different build environments. FWIW ATrpms may be 1/10th of Fedora's size, but that's what ATrpms does for a couple of releases: Mass rebuilds for every test release. And bugs just show up waiting to be squashed.
