Well, the above is actual practice in RHEL3, RHEL4, RHEL5, I didn't
pick the name "kernel" by chance ;)

I just wanted to demonstrate that we now have a natural non-mixing
barrier of the buildid and the disttag, and using a pure numeric
disttag will lift that protection introducing unexpected ordering in
many cases.
