There was an explosion during our second push during update notice
generation, thanks to smiley faces and checkmarks inside of an RPM
ChangeLog.  I updated bodhi to fix the encoding of all of the details with
koji.fixEncoding(), and re-pushed all of those updates.  The update
mails should have gone out, but I'm not sure if fedora-test-list is
whitelisting mails from bodhi yet.
