To do some myth busting, Fedora Extras over the past years has been frozen
only once. And that freeze was experimental and blocked all updates from
entering the repo. Calling it "quite poorly" is unfair and unjustified.
Just as with dist-fc7 we were still able to push individual
packages and package sets into the repo.
