Although I don't like bin64, I'd prefer bin32, it seems to me that the current multilib handling is quite confusing. It seems to me that having a directory per arch is less confusing than having both arches binaries in bin. lib64 and lib is confusing then too? doing a chroot is possible, but here the objective is to have both in the same root, which is an interesting goal.
