The issue I see here is that 'follow the system-wide configuration' is not
too informative to the user - what is the system-wide config? How should
they know that?
Would "Only use SCIM for non-Latin locales" be better? Something else?
I agree "Follow the system-wide configuration" is confusing and
non-ideal. I would have chosen something closer to "Automatic" myself.
But changing the label of that now would require more disruptive
translation changes too...
