Toshio added new code to FAS yesterday that automatically adds people to
fedorabugs if they are sponsored in cvsextras. This should help to
smooth the process a bit, so people aren't confused as to why they can't
set the fedora-cvs flag in Bugzilla.
I am now retroactively adding fedorabugs membership to 128 members of
cvsextras who don't already have it.
