So does EPEL also have those same stability requirements?

I guess this is the trickiest stuff to define


Also, with the brave new world of Core and Extras merged, is it just
"anything in Fedora that's not in RHEL is fine for EPEL", or what?


I guess so, but what about stuff in RHEL which is now in Extras,
possibly with a community maintaner?
