Phew, I was hoping it was 2) but wanted to check here just in case :-). 

It would be useful to a) link to this section from the Licensing section
I linked to (or perhaps merge them); and b) have a list of acceptable
licenses for content (just like we have for code).

So I'd appreciate if the people involved in writing the guide lines
could change it; I can edit the Wiki, of course, but I guess some of the
people "owning" this document should do it. Thanks!
