I think suppressing the Rawhide stuff would be quite harmful. Most
people tend to test rawhide by installing the latest release, then
upgrading from there. However, if the EVR for an FC6 package is greater
than that of the corresponding FC7/devel package (or FC7 greater than
FC8/devel, et al.), then that package will not be upgraded and the
person is not fully testing a rawhide install (especially when some
stuff is rawhide-only and mixing stable and rawhide versions of things
can cause major breakage).
