You don't want to run regchrome, regxpcom, or anything of the sort.
Those functions are now done at run time by the user (running them will
IIRC make it so the user can't start the browser except as the build
user). If you're pulling that from old mozilla spec files, the entire
containing pushd/popd blocks can be removed. Since seamonkey 1.0 is
much closer to firefox 1.5, it might make sense to start there instead
of using mozilla as a base.
