The perl modules RPM2 and RPM::Specfile don't include any copyright
information in the tarballs but they are both authored by Chip Turner
which has been a RedHat empolyee for several years.

Several months ago, after Chip Turner left Red Hat, I opened two tickets
in rt.cpan (one against RPM2 and a second one against RPM::Specfile)
asking him to add copyright information to the tarballs (no answer until
now). I don't know if Warren is still able to contact him.
