Just an FYI,
repoquery --repoid=extras-development --whatrequires mozilla-nss
repoquery --repoid=extras-development --whatrequires mozilla-nss-devel
returns nothing as of today

repoquery --repoid=development --whatrequires mozilla-nss
returns
mozilla-37:1.7.12-2.i386
mozilla-nss-devel-37:1.7.12-2.i386
xmlsec1-nss-0:1.2.9-3.i386
openoffice.org-core-1:2.0.1-145.2.2.i386

I don't know if I can use repoquery to check the buildrequires on srpms
You're using an out-of-date mirror. I fixed all except oo.o last night and they did make it into rawhide judging by the rawhide update mail (and by my own execution of repoquery on the development tree)
