mozilla-nss is dead, long live nss

Just a note that mozilla-nss is no longer in the tree.

Packages should depend on nss instead, and nss-devel for building. I've rebuilt evolution and xmlsec1 already to support this. Note that there is now a version jump. NSS is currently at v3.11 (and NSPR is at 4.6), so packages which checked for mozilla-nss >= 1.x should also update their version checks (nss 1.x would not be usable).
