Would it be useful to have yum NOT fail when one repo happens to be
offline? Even if the best/newest version of a package should happen to
be in that repo, I would find it helpful to get the best available at
the moment knowing that the latest and greatest version will be picked
up later on 'yum update,' etc.

Just a suggestion.
