Re: What if we moved to Discourse?

   As someone who has used mailing lists very little (this is the only
mailing list I've ever used), getting on it was initially a fairly
confusing process itself. Switching to something else might attract more
people willing to contribute. I'd suggest taking a look at "Phabricator" as
a self-hosted open source solution for consideration but it might be an
overkill and would require more time to set up, test and adjust/configure
than the much better known tried-and-tested Discourse.
