Editing notes

Hey guys,

I just saw the JavaScript REST API article pop up. There were a lot of
weird things left in the article like odd punctuation, incomplete
sentences, and other issues. Here is some advice for editing I wanted
to pass along, so that articles continue to look professional and
helpful:

* Do check proper grammar and style in all sentences. You can use a
service like Grammarly (https://grammarly.com) if helpful.

* Ensure the article follows our Tips for Writers, for formatting and :
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fedora-magazine/tips-for-writers/
These may be originally designed for writers, but our job as editors
is to make sure articles are consistent across the Magazine, which
helps readers be confident about our content.

* Check that everything works in the order described, and is clearly
explained. If you don't get it, readers may not either!

* Fill out the SEO bits -- including a focus keyword and a short
synopsis that shows up in search engines like Google. Without these,
articles are less likely to be seen, and pageviews decrease.

HTH,
Paul
