Hi Pat, nice to meet you. To answer your questions slightly out of order: * We draft articles directly in the Magazine Wordpress instance. This makes review and editing fairly easy. * When you submit the draft as ready, you can notify the list or IRC. * When that's done, an editor will be assigned. Hope that helps!
