Hi Adam: I "closed" the comments when I was working on the draft because I was worried that, if drafts are publicly accessible, someone might comment on the draft and then I wouldn't be able to remove the comment. I guess that was a little silly in retrospect. I see that the comments have remained closed when the article was published. I didn't mean for that to happen. I'm fine with readers commenting on the articles. Unfortunately, I do not have access to re-open the comments. If you could re-open them for me, that would be great. I won't close them in the future.
