Fedora has a big presence on IRC and mailing lists, but not a big forum site. Same goes for support. The Arch Linux wiki is a great resource for its users to get support/help. The Fedora wiki is focused more on the Fedora contributor. Instead, we recommend ask.fedoraproject.org and mailing lists?
