With regards to hanging out with us in our IRC channel, I thought I'd
share a cool way you can use IRC to have a persistent connection and
have flexibility to use it from a laptop, a phone, or other device.

Matrix/Riot is a really handy way to use IRC and makes it a little
friendlier to use. If you're not used to IRC or find it annoying that
you have to be logged in and sitting down to keep up with conversation,
this is a nice way to get around that. :)
