Is this still Boehm-GC?

The SPDX reference pattern uses “Copyright (c)”, and the second
paragraph is in ALL CAPS.  Furthermore, the Boehm-GC text says
“program” instead of “shellscript”.

Hmm, I guess I should try to get permission to use Boehm-GC verbatim.
