I read this as "you are not charged for permission to copy and distribute this file". Since this notice must be preserved, I would say you can't charge to share this specific file, but if it's part of a larger work, I don't read this as prohibiting that. (In other words, you're charging for the larger work, not this specific file.) I am not a lawyer, though, so don't take this as an authoritative statement. -- Ben Cotton He / Him / His Senior Program Manager, Fedora & CentOS Stream Red Hat TZ=America/Indiana/Indianapolis _______________________________________________ legal mailing list -- legal@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to legal-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/legal@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
