This looks like another variant of the 3-clause BSD license:
https://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause

It should be fine for Fedora, since all it differs on is that the
entity (Walt Disney Enterprises) is explicitly named in the license.
This happens a lot with BSD licenses... :/
