Great news, Tom, thanks!

Sérgio, are you planning on proposing twolame yourself?  Once it's in,
then the following packages could also use it:

* audacity (make all %{?_with_mp3} unconditional)
* gstreamer1-plugins-ugly-free (add BuildRequires: twolame-devel, remove
--disable-twolame, update %files)
* sox (add BuildRequires: twolame-devel)

All this should be coordinated with the external repository which has
been supporting these.
