While that might not make the license nonfree, it would make it explicitly GPL-incompatible. * This wording is confusing: "If the Product is released in source form, the Software Program or any of its components may only be included in executable form." Neither me nor Red Hat Legal is sure how to interpret that, but it seems non-free. * Their inclusion of the GPLv2 text removes the 'How to Apply' section which the FSF says is not allowed.
