The following license (from the FCGI perl module) looks to be mostly
MIT, but with a couple of extra bits. I'm pretty sure this is still
free, but I'm not sure it can still be considered to be MIT. Could I
get a clarification? We ship our stock perl package with a soft
dependency on the FCGI module, so I found it odd that we don't already
ship it. I hope it's not due to this license.
