Something like

[atrpms]
name=Fedora Core 1 - i386 - ATrpms
baseurl=http://dl.atrpms.net/fc1-i386/atrpms/stable

Or yum install spamassassin. I'm not sure, but depending on your yum
version yum update xxx could mean to update everything (check the man
page).
