Hm, well, that looks just fine actually. You might want to name the
[updates] channel Fedora Core $releasever Legacy updates to be clear,
but other than that nothing is wrong. Apparently there are no updates
for the packages you have installed. You can a manual check by going
to the url mentioned under [updates] (replacing $releasever with the
version of your Fedora install (e.g. '2') and $basearch with i386 (or
whatever architecture you're running)) and see if there are any
packages there that you have installed but are newer than your
installed versions.
