No, the bug is about http://www.fedoralegacy.org/download/

I wouldn't mind adding it the page you mention though, if it is indeed
supported as you say.  Do you want it added to the [main] stanza or
to each of the repo stanzas?

I'm not sure that is a valid argument, but I'll allow it anyway.

On the doc you reference yes, but not in the doc the bug references.

Well, this is probably just an issue that we're refering to different

I'm not sure we disagree, since we're talking about different docs.
The bug references the download page, you reference the FC1 yum docs.
