Not until someone makes an official statement that it is being dropped, which
has not been done yet.
It might confuse people into thinking its actually supported when it isn't.
It's currently in limbo. Everytime dropping it is discussed, a bunch of people
say they will start supporting it, but then few if any actually do, so we
discuss dropping it again, and so on... Eventually an official statement
will be made that we are dropping 7.2 and 8.0, and when that is done, the
web page will be updated. In the mean time, they are in limbo...
Could a statement to the effect that support for these platforms is currently suspended due to a shortage of maintainers be added to the web page?
