For yum/apt for Red Hat Linux 9, you would choose the packages from
fedora.us "stable" tree for rh9, of course, e.g.

  http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/9/i386/RPMS.stable/

before Fedora Legacy makes available own versions.
