If they do not exclude or hardlink that is their problem. I agree with Jesse
PLEASE include the SRPMS. It is a PITA to go looking for them if you need
them. Just because not everyone uses them does not mean No one uses them.
Disk is cheap and if someone has the space to do a mirror in the first place
they most likely have the space for the SRPMS. If they do not how hard is it
to exclude them from an rsync job? I fail to see what you are really trying
to save. You know it is trivial to exclude things.
