Unless I am mistaken, you want to look in the RPMS.legacy directory.  The
files in RPMS.updates are RedHat released updates.

Actually, I think they are supposed to go into RPMS.updates, and RPMS.legacy is for support packages needed to *use* Fedora Legacy - yum/apt-get, upgraded versions of RPM for RH8-9, etc.


On the other hand, I could also be mistaken.
