Maybe a bit stupid question but where to download updated RPMs for RedHat 7.3? In: http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/7.3/i386/RPMS.updates/ it looks like there is only RedHat updates.
When Fedora Legacy RPMs get released, they will be moved to the directory you mention.
I need only to download RPMs because for update I'm already using Current up2date server.
Right now there haven't been any Legacy update releases, but if you sort the directory listing by date you will see the latest ones at the top.
