I myself have a broadcom that works with drivers from RPMFusion[1]. I
don't know a lot about Toshiba. The output I requested will give us more
info.

You could try the users mailing list[2], which sees a lot more traffic
than this one. You can also try ask.fedoraproject.org[3].
