In rpmfusion-free[1] repositories you can find ndiswrapper 1.54, but first install rpmfusion-release package. If that doesn't works then you can try to build and install it from sources, but packages are always a much better option.

Hello, I'm trying to install ndiswrapper 1.56, but I can't do it. There
is no package in the repositories and the tar.gz is not
installable.
I have installed the kernel-devel and the kernel-headers. And i
have
installed the compiler.
Why does'nt go it?
