I know there are several kernel developers in the group that use the main
production kernel for debugging at times and this would make it harder. If you
are changing this at the config level, then could you also change a-i-b to
look for the use_debug flag and set `panic=-1`? I think you could put it in
this block at https://gitlab.com/CentOS/automotive/src/automotive-image-
builder/-/blob/main/include/computed-vars.ipp.yml?ref_type=heads#L224 where
the existing code checks for the `use_debug` flag. Note that `use_debug=true`
doesn't enable using the debug kernel since that's a separate flag.
