Thank you all for your input and ideas, summarizing this discussion - it seems
the best path moving forward would be to:
1. For this MR, remove the double-disabling of configs that are already
disabled and rely on the base RHEL configs
2. Ensure there's a test to flag and require reviews for any Kconfig changes
impacting automotive
3. Adding a bot capability to notify automotive reviewers when relevant
changes affecting automotive occurs.

if you agree, I can open new issues for the last 2 points made.
