If you look further up in the comments, you can see the bot now shows the full
resulting config diffs from any given MR. I suppose what might be missing
there is having the bot then add an automotive reviewer whenever automotive
configs change as a result of changing common/rhel/etc.  Of course if you do
that, then there is no need to double disable at all because you would have to
ack any change to turn on these things that you are disabling.
