From: Prarit Bhargava <prarit@xxxxxxxxxx> redhat: Do not build libperf with cross builds When executing one of the cross build targets, for example, dist-cross-aarch64-build, the compile fails with cc1: error: unrecognized command-line option '-mbranch-protection=standard' cc1: error: unrecognized command-line option '-mbranch-protection=standard' These errors are from building libperf which, similar to perf, is base architecture specific. Do not build libperf in cross builds.
